The " Profession: Gastronomist" conference is organized at Fiera di Padova on the occasion of the TecnoBar & Food Exhibition on Monday, October 8th at 2.45 pm in Hall 7, Room 7B.
Speakers will include representatives of the 3 historical courses of study in Gastronomic Sciences (Padova, Parma, Pollenzo) together with well-known entrepreneurs and professionals: Erminio Alajmo (Alajmo SpA), Luigi Biasetto (Pastry Biasetto), Roberto Melloni (Chief Executive Officer of Selecta SpA), Leopoldo Resta (Commercial Director of MyChef) and Lino Stroppani (President of FIPE).
