On May 25th, 2017, at the room Aula 11 of the Pentagono building (Agripolis, Legnaro, PD) h9.30, Prof. James C. McCann of the Boston University (USA) will give a seminar titled: "How Africa's Maize Turned White". Maize, farmers, consumers, and the political ecology of the world's major crop from a historian's point of view and from a view of global change.
